A PHM Blueprint Based on Information Fusion for Military Digital Devices

摘要 将故障预测与健康管理,即PHM技术可提高军用电子产品的可用性、可靠性和经济性.在综合分析了目前常用的两种主流PHM预测技术基础上,提出一种将基于模型的方法和数据驱动的方法结合起来进行融合预测的技术途径,给出了融合方案设计并提出了不确定性解决方案. Prognostics and systems health management (PHM) is an enabling discipline of technologies and methods with the potential of solving reliability, availability economic problems of military digital devices. This paper presents an assessment of the state of practice in prognostics and health management, While there are two general methods of performing PHM: model-based and data-driven methods-these methods by themselves have some key disadvantages. This paper presents a fusion prognostics approach, which combines or "fuses together" the model-based and data-driven approaches to enable markedly better prognosis of remaining useful life.
