Transumbilical single-site laparoscopic surgery for tumors in women

目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜在妇科手术中的应用及其可行性。方法2010年1月我科共行2例单孔腹腔镜手术,1例为单孔腹腔镜下卵巢畸胎瘤剥除术,1例为子宫肌瘤行单孔腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术。手术切口选择于脐部边缘,利用三个5mm的穿刺器通过脐部一个切口进入腹腔。结果手术顺利完成,无出血等并发症,术后观察患者脐部几乎无明显手术瘢痕。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜妇科手术安全可行,较常规腹腔镜更加微创、美容。

Objective To study the feasibility of transumbilical single-site laparoscopic surgery for tumors in women.Methods Laparoscopic single-site surgery was performed in 2 patients in January 2010.One of them underwent laparoscopic singlesite decollement of ovarian teratoma,the other underwent laparoscopic single-site total hysterectomy for hysteromyoma.The abdominal cavity was exposed through an incision with three 5mm-long puncture outfits.Results The operation was successful with no complications such as bleeding.No significant scar was observed on the surface of umbilicus after operation.Conclusion Transumbilical single-site laparoscopic surgery is safe and feasible for tumors in women with a more obvious cosmetic and minimally invasive effect than routine laparoscopy.
