飞行员线粒体DNA高变区Ⅰ单核苷酸多态性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解飞行员线粒体DNA高变区Ⅰ单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分布特点,探讨耐力相关的基因标记。方法以86例飞行员和80例健康对照人群为研究对象,用PCR产物直接测序的方法检测线粒体高变区ⅠSNPs,并与剑桥序列比对,确定SNPs的位点、类型及频率。结果飞行员和健康对照人群线粒体DNA高变区ⅠSNPs分布频率高于10%的位点分别有11个和8个,高于20%的位点分别有7个和5个,其中飞行员C16257A和C16261T位点频率明显高于健康对照组。结论线粒体DNA高变区ⅠSNPs位点C16257A和C16261T有可能与飞行员飞行耐力相关。 Objective To study the distribution of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) in highly mitochondrial DNA variable regionⅠ(mtDNA HVRⅠ) of pilots,and the endurance-related gene markers.Methods Eighty-six pilots and 80 healthy controls were included in this study.SNP in mtDNA HVRⅠwere detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and direct sequencing,and compared with Cambridge reference sequences to determine the site,type and frequency of SNP.Results The frequency of SNP in mtDNA HVRⅠof pilots and healthy controls was higher than 10% at 11 and 8 sites and higher than 20% at 7 and 5 sites,respectively.The frequency of C16257A and C16261T was significantly higher in pilots than in controls.Conclusion SNP at C16257A and C16261T in mtDNA HVR Ⅰ are correlated with the endurance of pilots.
