摘要
目的:观察飞行员与普通人群腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗的疗效。方法:将本院2001-03～2006-03外四科住院飞行员腰椎间盘突症患者及普通患者各45例,给予腰椎牵引、理疗、骶管注射治疗,观察疗效。结果:飞行员组治愈率与普通组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:飞行员腰椎间盘突出症患者经保守治疗治愈率明显大于普通患者,提高了飞行员的飞行寿命。
