摘要 本文设计并实现了基于ATS技术的某型导弹测试设备的计量校准系统。提出了一种从导弹测试电缆端口进行动态实时整体校准的方法,从硬件和软件两个方面研究了计量校准系统的设计与实现方法,详细分析了专用计量适配器和计量校准测试程序的设计过程,最后对计量校准系统进行了测量不确定度分析。实践表明:该系统校准方法简单,性能优良,具有良好的实用性。 In this paper, a calibration system for a certain missile test equipment is designed and implemented. A method of dynamic real-time calibration operated from the terminal port of missile test cable was put forward, and the method of design and implementation of calibration system was researched both from the hardware and software, and the design process of the specific calibration adapters and the calibration test program was analyzed particularly, at last, the measurement uncertainty of this system was evaluated. Practice shows that: the calibration is simple, and this system is excellent and with good usability.
