摘要
随着国家建设资源节约型社会口号的提出,电梯作为使用量比较大,耗电量比较高的特种设备,已经越来越受到关注。而电梯的性能参数的不同如:驱动方式、待机功耗、平衡系数、提升高度、供电电压、运行速度、额定载重量以及是否采用电能回馈装置等都对电梯的耗电情况有影响。本文就是在此基础上,使用JupiterPlus即电能质量分析仪分别对普通电梯与具有电能回馈装置的电梯的用电情况和回馈装置的馈电情况进行了测试,对测试的数据进行了分析和比较,结果表明带有电能回馈装置的电梯比不具有该装置的普通电梯有非常显著的节能效果。
Along with the slogan of construction of resource-saving society, elevator, as a widely used special equipment with high electricity consumption, has been taken more and more attention. The different parameters of elevator can influence the level of power consumption, such as driving mode, standby power, balance coefficient, lifting height, supply voltage, speed, rated load and the use of power feedback device, etc. On this basis, we did some test on power consumption and the fed ability of power feedback device in an ordinary elevator and an elevator with power feedback device respectively. After analyzing and comparing the testing data, we find that the elevator with power feedback device has more significant effect on power saving than the ordinary elevator.
