摘要
目的 :清热中药大多具有一定的解热作用 ,为探讨其解热作用机理 ,我们选用典型的清热中药黄芩、银花、连翘组成清热方 ,从体温调节中枢神经介质方面来研究其解热作用机制。方法 :选用Wistar大鼠 ,按体重随机分作 3组 ,背部皮下注射酵母混悬液制造发热模型 ,给药组灌服清热方颗粒剂 ,模型组予等量饮用水 ,正常对照组不作处理。给药 2h后断头取脑 ,用放免方法检测大鼠下丘脑组织中AVP含量。结果 :模型组大鼠体温和下丘脑组织中AVP含量均高于正常对照组 ,给药组大鼠体温低于模型组 ,而给药组大鼠下丘脑组织中AVP含量高于模型组。结论 :实验结果表明AVP参与了酵母致大鼠发热的发热反应 ,影响体温调节中枢解热介质AVP代谢 ,增加其含量 ,从而抑制体温调节点上移是清热中药解热作用机理之一。
OBJECTIVE:Antipyretic action is the common effect of clearing-heat herbs.But its mechanism is not very clear.So we selected typical clearing-heat herbs scutellaria root,honeysuckle flower and forsythia fruit to form clearing-heat prescription(CHP) and probed in its antipyretic mechanism on temperature regulation center.METHODS:We divided wistar rats into three groups.Yeast was injected subtaneously to establish fever model.The rats of CHP group were given CHP orally.The rats of model group were given drinking water of equal amount.The control group was not handled.After two hours the rats were put to death by cutting head.The content of AVP in rat hypothalamus was examined with radioimmunoassay(RIA).RESULTS:The temperature and content of AVP in rat hypothalamus of model group was higher than those of control group.The temperature of rat of CHP group was lower than that of model group.But the content of AVP in rat hypothalamus of CHP group was higher than that of model group.CONCLUSION:The first,AVP in rat hypothalamus played a role in fever caused by yeast.The second,affecting metabolism of antipyretic central medium AVP,raising its content and suppressing going up of temperature regulation point was one of antipyretic mechanism of clearing-heat herbs.
