一阶导数光谱法测定盐酸地尔硫缓释片的含量

Determination of diltiazem hydrochloride sustained release tablets by the first derivative spectrophotometry

目的 :建立测定盐酸地尔硫艹卓 缓释片的含量测定方法。方法 :以乙醇为溶剂 ,以一阶导数光谱的谷 -零位值法测定盐酸地尔硫艹卓 的含量 ,测定波长λ谷 =2 50± 1nm。结果 :回收率 1 0 0 .0 1 % ,RSD 0 .3 8%～ 0 .4 7% ,线性范围2 .4～ 1 6.8μg/ml。 结论 :方法简便、快速、准确 ,适合于该制剂的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE:To establish an accurate method for the determination of diltiazem hydrochloride in its sustained release tablets.METHODS:A first derivative spectrophotometric method was used by valley-zero method for the determination of diltiazem hydrochloride sustained release tablets in the solvent of alcohol,the wave length of determination was 250±1nm.RESULTS:The recovery was 100.04%.The relative standard deviation was from 0.38% to 0.47%.The linear range was 2.4～16.8μg/ml.CONCLUSION:The method was convenient,rapid,accurate and suitable as assay of the preparation.
