摘要
目的 :控制本品中硒的含量。方法 :采用氧瓶燃烧法使本品中的主要成份硒酯多糖成为四价硒离子 ,并与 2 ,3 -二氨基萘 (DAN)络合生成 4 ,5-苄苯并硒二唑 ,然后采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果 :硒的浓度在 0 .2~2 .0 μg/ml之间线性范围良好。 结论 :该法具有简便、快速。
OBJECTIVE:To control the quantity of Se.METHODS:The main component of the product,was turned into Se 4+ by oxygen flask combustion and then complexed with DAN to form 4,5-benzopiaselenol.The amount of the complex was determined by ultraviolet spectrometry.RESULTS:The liner range was 0.2~2.0μg/ml.CONCLUSION:The result showed that this methed had the advantage of simplicity,quickness and accuracy.
