成都地区17家医院2007～2008年神经系统药利用分析

Analysis on the Utilization of Nervous System Drug in 17 Hospitals from Chengdu Area during 2007～2008

目的:了解成都地区17家医院神经系统药的应用情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)方法,对成都地区17家医院2007～2008年神经系统用药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果:2008年神经系统药销售金额达19120.94万元,列全部药品第2位,占药品总销售金额的9.77%,较2007年的9.82%略有下降。主要包括新一代抗精神失常药、解热镇痛药、麻醉药、中枢神经兴奋药等。结论:神经系统药在临床治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。该地区医院所应用神经系统药结合了患者的疾病及经济条件,充分体现了用药的合理性。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of nervous system drugs in 17 hospitals from Chengdu area to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS：The consumption sum and DDDs of nervous system drugs during 2007～2008 were analyzed statistically with the method of DDD analysis.RESULTS：The consumption sum of nervous system drug reached 191.209 4 million yuan in 2008 and took up the second place of consumption sum list,accounting for 9.77%.It was decreased as compared with 9.82% in 2007.Nerve system drugs mainly contain new generation of psychotolytic,antipyretic analgesic,anesthetics,central nerve system stimulants and so on.CONCLUSION：Nervous system drugs play a more and more important role in clinical treatment.The utilization of nerve system drug in this area which is based on the disease condition and economic situation of patients shows the reasonability of drug use fully.
