我院2005～2009年麻醉性镇痛药应用分析

Analysis on the Utilization of Narcotic Analgesics in Our Hospital during the Period of 2005～2009

目的:分析我院麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况,并评价其应用合理性。方法:统计我院2005～2009年麻醉性镇痛药的消耗数据,以限定日剂量(DDD)和给药频率(DDDs)为指标进行分析。结果:我院麻醉性镇痛药销售金额和DDDs均呈逐年上升趋势。其中,DDDs排名第1位的是硫酸吗啡控释片,其次是枸橼酸芬太尼注射剂和盐酸吗啡缓释片。结论:我院治疗癌症疼痛的常用药物为吗啡及芬太尼,尤其以缓控释剂型为主。麻醉性镇痛药应用合理。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the application of narcotic analgesics in our hospital and to evaluate the reasonability of drug use.METHODS：The utilization of narcotic analgesics in our hospital from 2005 to 2009 was analyzed with DDD and DDDs as indexes.RESULTS：Consumption sum and DDDs of narcotic analgesics in our hospital increased year by year.Morphine sulfate sustained release tablet took up the first place in the list of DDDs,followed by fentanyl citrate injection and morphine hydrochloride tablet.CONCLUSION：Morphine and fentanyl are commonly used for cancer pain,main dosage form of which is sustained release preparation.The utilization of narcotic analgesics is rational.
