青光眼患者用药咨询调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Medication Consultation in Patients with Glaucoma

目的:了解我院青光眼患者用药咨询情况,为青光眼患者提供合理有效的用药咨询,提高青光眼患者的用药依从性。方法:对我院2008年3月～2009年2月青光眼患者的用药咨询记录进行分类统计。结果:在776例记录完整的用药咨询中,排在前3位的分别为不良反应及其防治、使用方法和用量、禁忌证,所占比例依次为46.65%、18.69%、16.37%。结论:青光眼患者用药咨询工作现阶段应主要从不良反应及其预防、使用方法及禁忌证3个方面着手,为患者提供用药知识,从而提高青光眼患者的用药依从性。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the situation of medication consultation in patients suffering from glaucoma,and to provide the effective medication consultation for glaucoma patient in order to improve the compliance.METHODS：The record of medication consultation of glaucoma patients from Mar.2008 to Feb.2009 were classified and analyzed.RESULTS：Of 776 pieces of detailed medication consultations,the first is adverse reaction as well as prevention,the second usage and dosage and the third contraindication.The proportions of them were 46.65%,18.69% and 16.37% respectively.CONCLUSION：The medication consultation for glaucoma patients mainly involves adverse reaction as well as prevention,usage and dosage,contraindication.We should provide the knowledge of medication to improve the compliance of glaucoma patients.
