摘要 为了探讨尼莫地平在脑缺血和再灌流损伤中的保护作用,应用沙鼠建立脑缺血模型。缺血前15min腹腔注射药物,分别阻断双侧颈总动脉50min后阻断颈动脉50min、再灌流10min、再灌流60及120min,检测神经细胞胞浆游离钙的变化以及应用尼莫地平后的影响。结果表明:①胞浆游离钙在脑缺血50min后大幅度升高,再灌流时再度升高,然后缓慢下降。②尼莫地平可减缓胞浆游离钙升高。 To study the effects of Nimodipine on ischemia reperfusion damages, we used gerbils to build animal models. Cerebral ischemia reperfusion was produced by 50 min occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries, and reperfusion was performed by removing the clips for 10 min, 60 min and 120 min. The drugs were ip 15 min prior to ischemia. Then, we observed the alteration of cytosolic free calcium and effects of drugs on cerebral ischemia reperfusion in gerbils. We concluded that the cytosolic concentration of free Ca 2+ elevated rapidly during ischemia and contiued to elevate at reperfusion, then reduced slowly. Nimodipine had protective effects on gerbils against ischemia reperfusion damages.
