摘要
介绍了雷达伺服系统动力传动减速箱齿隙及消隙的概念,分析了齿隙对雷达伺服系统性能及稳定性的影响,重点阐述常用弹簧机械消隙、双电机消隙及仰角重力失配消隙原理及参数设置方法,采用重力失配消隙解决了长期运行的雷达天线座由于磨损、消隙弹簧性能下降等因素引起的仰角跟踪支路精度下降问题,使仰角伺服系统的跟踪精度得到明显提高,最后通过跟踪空间目标验证了采用重力失配消隙方法提高仰角跟踪精度的有效性。
The concept of gear clearance and elimination of gear clearance of gear box in radar servo driving riggings is described in this paper,and the gear clearance effect on capability of the servo control system is also analysed.The principle and key parameter design of gear clearance eliminating's mothed in common use as spring mechanical gear clearance eliminating,double motor gear clearance eliminating and antenna elevation weight imbalance gear clearance eliminating are mainly expatiated.By using antenna elevation weight imbalance gear clearance eliminating,the tracking precision of antenna elevation servo system originally used void spring mechanical gear clearance eliminating is evidently improved,the effectiveness of antenna elevation weight imbalance gear clearance eliminating is proved by tracking space object lastly.
