赤雹总黄酮提取优化工艺考察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:优选赤雹总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以赤雹总黄酮的提出量为评价指标,以提取次数、提取时间、固液比为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选赤雹总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:优化的提取条件为70%乙醇回流,提取2次,每次1.5 h,固液比为1:8。结论:此工艺操作简便,重复性好。 Objective: To optimize the extracting process of the total flavonoids from the fruit of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge. Method: The extract technology of the total flavonoids from the fruit of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge. was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the yield of total flavonoids as index and with the extraction number of times, extraction time, the ratio of solid to liquid as factors. Result : The optimum extracting conditions for the total flavonoids from the fruit of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge. were as follows : the reflux extraction was conducted twice (1.5 hour. time- 1 ) with 70% ethanol as solvent, and the ratio of solid to solution was 1: 8. Conclusion: The optimum extracting technology is simple, reproducible and stable.
