分光光度法测定白清胃散中硼砂的含量

Determination of Borax in Baiqingwei Powder by Spectrophotometry

目的:建立白清胃散中硼砂含量测定方法。方法:硼砂在酸性条件下转化为硼酸,与姜黄素显色后采用分光光度法测定含量。结果:硼酸浓度在2.08～14.56μg·ml^(-1)范围内,与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均回收率98.78%,RSD=1.35%(n=5)。结论:本方法灵敏,准确,适合于该品中硼砂的测定。

Objective ： To establish a content determination method for the determination of borax in the baiqingwei powder. Method： Borax in acidic medium had turned to boric acid, reat with cruculnine,its content was determination by spectrophotometry. Result： A linearity was obtained for boric acid from 2. 08-14. 56 μg. ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 4 ） , the awerage recorvery was 98.78% ; RSD = 1.35% （n = 5）. Conclusion： This method is sensitive and accurate,it is suitable for determination borax in the baiqingwei powder.
