石墨炉原子吸收法测定注射用顺铂中铂的含量

摘要 目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收法检测注射用顺铂中铂(Pt)的含量。方法:检测波长:265.9 nm,灯电流:12.0 mA,狭缝宽度:0.4 nm,载气流量:200 ml·min^(-1)。结果:Pt在100~500μg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.03%(RSD=0.3%,n=9)。结论:该方法可有效控制注射用顺铂的质量,方法简单、结果准确。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of Pt in cisplatin for injection by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Method: The determined wavelength was at 265.9 nm, the electric current of the light was 12. 0 mA, the slit-width was 0.4 nm,and the flow rate of burning gas was 200 ml .min^-1. Result: The good linear range of Pt was 100-500 μg.L^-1 (r= 0. 999 9) and the average recovery was 99. 03% ( RSD = 0. 3%, n = 9 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and can be used for controlling the quality of cisplatin for injection.
