摘要
目的:为弓状核的体温调节功能提供电生理学依据。方法:采用微电极电生理学技术,记录腹腔注射丁香酚对豚鼠弓状核中温度敏感神经元电活动的影响。结果:在18只豚鼠弓状核记录到25个放电单位,其中冷敏神经元12例,温度不敏感神经元13例。未记录到热敏神经元。腹腔注射丁香酚对其中8例冷敏神经元放电呈减频效应,而对10例温度不敏感神经元的电活动无影响。结论:在先前大鼠实验基础上又证实豚鼠弓状核也是参与体温调节的重要中枢。
Objective:The purpose of this study was elucidating the thermoregulation function of arcuate nuclei with electrophysiological experiment. Methods:We used the technique of extrocellular microelectrode recording and examined the effects of intraperitoneal injection of eugenol on electroactivities of thermosensitive neurous in arcuate nuclei. Results:25 discharges unit in arcuate nuclei of 18 guineapig were recorded. Among them we found 12 cold sensitive neurons and no warm sensitive ones. After intraperitoneal injection of eugenol, spontaneous discharge rate of 8/8 cold sensitive neurons was significantly decreased and temperature insensitive neurons were non responsive. [WT5”HZ〗Conclusion:[WT5”BZ〗Arcuate nuclei acts as an important central site in the regulation of temperature, and eugenol involves in thermoregulation by way of adjusting the activities of temperature sensitive neuron in the region.
