摘要
目的:探讨CD28分子在蕈样肉芽肿(MF)肿瘤免疫中的作用。方法:采用免疫荧光双标记—流式细胞仪检测10例MF病人外周血淋巴细胞的CD28分子。结果:MF病人外周血CD28+淋巴细胞为(25.06±5.89)%,低于正常对照组(70.62±7.83)%有非常显著性差异(P<0.001);CD28+淋巴细胞数与MF临床分期呈显著直线负相关(r=-0.785,P<0.05);MF病人外周血CD—CD28+淋巴细胞为(5.85±0.52)%,低于对照组(13.26±4.69)%,有非常显著性差异(P<0.001);CD8+—CD28+淋巴细胞与MF的临床分期呈显著直线负相关(r=-0.939,P<0.001)。结论:MF病人外周血淋巴细胞CD28分子表达存在异常。
Objective:To explore the effect of CD28 molecule on tumor immunity of mycosis fungoides (MF).Methods:By immunofluorescent double marker flow cytometry,we detected the CD28 molecule on lymphocytes of peripheral blood for 10 cases of MF.Results:The number of CD28 + lymphocytes in peripheral blood for MF patients was (25.06±5.89)%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (70.62±7.83)%,P<0.001,There was negative correlation between the number of CD28 + lymphocytes and MF clinical stages, r=-0.785,P<0.05. The number of CD8 + CD28 + lymphocytes was (5.85±0.52)%, which was remarkably lower than that of the control group (13.26±4.69)%,P<0.001.There was significantly negative correlation between the number of CD8 + CD28 + lymphocytes and MF clinical stages,r=-0.939,P<0.001. Conclusion:There existed the abnormal expression of CD28 molecule on the lymphocytes in peripheral blood for MF patients,which might have relationship with the pathogenesis of MF.
