基于SWOT分析的珠海市建设宜居城市问题研究

宜居城市是城市发展的高级阶段,体现了以人为本的精神,"人与自然的和谐发展"成为主流社会意识,人们开始重视并有一定的经济基础去解决这些问题,"宜居"成为城市发展的目标选择。本文以宜居珠海的发展战略为对象,用SWOT分析法对宜居城市建设的问题进行了探讨,从而得出了珠海建立宜居城市的战略选择。

Livability city is the advanced moment of urban development,which reflects the spirit of human oriented.＂harmonious development between people and nature＂ becomes the main-stream ideology.People attach more importance to the living surrounding and attempt to solve these problems blocking the city＇s development according to their practical economic situation.This paper regard livable Zhuhai city as development strategies,livable urban development issues are discussed using SWOT analysis so as to come to Zhuhai to establish livable cities in strategic choice.
