摘要
R&D的投入是衡量一个国家科技发展水平最重要指标之一,其中主要包括R&D经费投入和科技人力投入。本文将用上述指标来比较我国与OECD(经济合作与发展组织)国家的科技投入现状,以期在此基础上发现问题并提出相关政策建议。
R&D inputs,including R&D investment and m anpower input,is one of the most important macro-indi-cators to a country's level of science and technology development.This paper will use these indicators to compare the current situation of China and the OECD countries,and on the basis of that,identify problems and make relevant policy recommendations.
