This article concluded the commonness of OTC supervision all over the world,analyzed limitations of Chinese OTC supervision on stock transfer agent system and property rights exchange markets and gave some suggestions about Chinese OTC regulating system construction,including establishment of regulation system and principles of market access,information disclosure,market making and sponsoring.
