关于黄河三角洲高效生态经济建设的思考

黄河三角洲具有发展高效生态经济的良好条件。2009年12月3日国务院正式批复《黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展规划》,黄河三角洲地区的发展上升为国家战略,成为国家区域协调发展战略的重要组成部分。在黄河三角洲高效生态经济建设的过程中存在着很多的问题,生态环境脆弱,产业单一,存在交通瓶颈等,如何改善生态环境,完善产业结构,解决交通瓶颈等成为发展黄河三角洲高效生态经济亟待解决的课题。

Yellow River Delta with the development of efficient ecological economy in good conditions.December 3,2009 the State Council officially approved the ＂Yellow River Delta Economic Zone and efficient eco-development plan,＂ the development of the Yellow River Delta region rose to national strategy,a national coordinated regional development strategy,an important component.Ecological and economic efficiency in the Yellow River Delta,the process of building there are a lot of problems,the ecological environment is fragile,a single industry,there are traffic bottlenecks and so on,how to improve the ecological environment,improve the industrial structure,to solve the traffic bottleneck in the development of the Yellow River Delta have become highly efficient ecological economy urgent need to resolve issues.
