青少年自杀行为及其影响因素的研究

Sopecific Suicide Behaviors and Their Related Factors Among Adolescent Students

调查合肥市３所中学共２４６６名学生中的自杀行为及其相关因素的结果表明：有自杀念头、自杀计划及自杀未遂３种自杀行为报告率分别为１９．８％、８．３％、３．０％，女生３种自杀行为报告率均显著高于男生。多因素Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析显示，青少年自杀行为与性别、抑郁、焦虑、斗殴行为、携带防身物品、年级、学习成绩、吸烟、饮酒、父亲文化程度等多因素关联。

In this study,2466 high school student completed an anonymous questionnaire concerned with their experiences with specific suicide behaviors during the 12 months preceding the survey and related factors.Among all students,19 7 percent had thought seriously about attempting suicide,8 3 percent had mad a specific plan to attempt suicide,and 3 0 percent actually had attempted suicide.Using multiple logistic regression analysis,it was found that main risk factors among three specific suicide behaviors had females,depression,and anxiety symtoms.Physical fighting,cigarette smoking,stage of junior high school,alcohol use,lower academic achievement,and lower deducational level for father were significantly accociated with attempted suicide in the subjects.
