摘要
Sc在提高Al-Mg系合金的强度、焊接性能和塑性的同时,也可以改善合金的耐腐蚀能力。为此我们采用球形模的试验方法研究了Al-Mg-Sc系1570合金的可旋性。试验结果表明:只有在保证壁厚一定的负偏离率情况下,1570合金板材才能得到最大的极限变薄率,约为75%。
The important effects of adding Sc are improving mechanical properties,welding property,ductility,and corrosion resistance.An experimental research of spinning feasibility of 1570 alloy sheet was carried out and studied by ball die.The results show that 1570 alloy can get the utmost thinning rate when it keeps definite negative departure ratio of thickness,and the ultimate thinning rate of 1570 Al-Sc alloy is about 75%.
