摘要
用免疫组织化学方法研究了前阿黑皮素产生的ACTH、β-END和α-MSH免疫反应阳性胞体及纤维在大鼠下丘脑中的分布。其中α-MSH的分布范围最广,胞体数量最多,可分腹、背两群;ACTH其次,β-END最小。α-MSH免疫反应阳性胞体除分布在弓状核及其邻近地区外,还广泛分布在下丘脑背侧区、未定带及腹侧的未定下核、下丘脑外侧区等处。ACTH免疫反应阳性胞体除分布在弓状核及其邻近地区外,还在室旁核、视上核、视上核视交叉后部及下丘脑外侧区等处见到少量分布。β-END免疫阳性胞体仅分布在弓状核及其邻近地区。三种免疫反应阳性纤维在下丘脑中的分布基本相似。本文除在第三脑室室管膜上皮间观察α-MSH、ACTH和β-END免疫阳性纤维外,还在脑底的软膜内观察到上述免疫反应阳性纤维及ACTH免疫阳性胞体。
By using immunohistochemical technique, the distributions of perikarya and fibers containing ACTH, β-END, and α-MSH derived from the pro-opiomelanocortin were investigated. The distribution of α-MSH containing neurons were most widespread and numerous, they could be divided into two groups-ventral and dorsal. The distribution of ACTH containing cells were less wide spread and of β END were the least. Besides the arcuate nucleus and adjacent area, the α-MSH positive cell bodies in the dorsal hypothalamic area, zona incerta, subincertal nucleus and lateral hypothalamic area, and the ACTH positive cell bodies in the paraventrieular nucleus, supraoptic nucleus, supraoptic nucleus retrochiasmatic part and lateral hypothalamic area were also found in small numbers. But the β-END positive cell bodies were seen in the arcuate nucleus and adjecent area only. The distribution of the three kinds of positive fibers were similar. The ACTH, β-END and α-MSH positive fibers were observed not only in the ependyma of the third ventricle, but also in the pin mater of the base of the brain, and some ACTH positive cell bodies were found in the pia mater of the base of the brain as well.
