Fractures of the Tibia Treated with a Intramedullary Nail

目的:探讨带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的临床效果及注意事项。方法:对88例胫骨干骨折患者应用闭合复位带锁髓内钉内固定治疗。结果:所有病例均获随访,均在4～8个月达临床愈合,关节功能正常,无感染、畸形、脂肪栓塞及骨筋膜室综合征发生,按Johner-Wruhs功能恢复标准:优69例,良19例。结论:带锁髓内钉闭合复位治疗胫骨干骨折具有功能恢复好,骨折愈合率高,是治疗胫腓骨干骨折较理想的方法。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of the treatment of the tibial fractures using interlocking intramedullary nail. Methods： 88 cases of tibial fractures were treated with closed reduction and intramedullary nail. Results： All cases were followed up for 4～8 months. All fracture patients healed in 4～8 months. According to the functional recovery Johner-Wruhs standard, the results was excellent in 69 cases, good in 19 cases. No infection,abnormity,oil embolism,osteofascial compartment syndrome and instrument breakage was found. Conclusions： It is a good method to treat the tibial fractures with closed reduction and interlocking nail.
