Clinical analysis of Blood transfusion with open-heart surgery

目的:分析心脏直视手术患者用血情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:根据病种分类对315例心脏手术患者输血包括血浆、红细胞和全血进行分析。结果:心脏手术以心脏瓣膜置换术用血量多,房、室间隔缺损用血量少,法洛四联症用血浆量多,心脏手术病例与其他病例血型分布构成比无显著性差异。结论:心脏手术患者用血量大,要根据病种做好术前备血,采取自身输血、有效血液保护措施等。

Objective：To explore the clinical application, blood transfusion is due to analysize in open heart surgery. Methods： The sample of Plasma, RBC and whole blood is analysized from 315 heart cases grouped by disease. Results： The research indicates that blood quantity is large in Heart valves replacement.Atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect use blood are less,but Tetralogy of Fallot use plasma are most.The ABO blood type distribution of the patients with open heart surgery was the same as that of the other disease.Conclusions： As a large quantity of blood is required in heart surgery, the preparation should be carefully arranged, and Autotransfusion and efficient blood protection should be applied.
