经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的分析与护理

Analysis and nursing care of complications after transurethral resection of prostate (TURP)

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后并发症的观察及护理。方法:回顾分析121例行TURP术患者中术后并发症的临床资料,总结并发症的原因及相应的护理对策。结果:并发术后出血4例,经尿道电切综合征(TURS)2例,膀胱痉挛5例,术后感染4例,尿路综合征7例。所有并发症经积极治疗和护理,均痊愈。结论:了解TURP术后并发症的临床特点,有助于护理人员对TURP术后有针对性的病情观察和护理。

Objective： To investigate the Observation and nursing care of complications after transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）. Methods： The clinical data of 121 cases undergoing TURP with postoperative complications for this retrospective analysis. to summarize the reasons for complications and nursing countermeasure. Results： postoperative bleeding in 4 cases, transurethral resection syndrome （TURS） in 2 cases, bladder spasm in 5 cases, postoperative infection in 4 cases, urinary tract syndrome in 7 cases,. All complications were cured after active treatment and care. Conclusions： To comprehend the clinical features of TURP complications will contribute to targeted observation and care the patients after TURP.
