目的:探讨个性化护理模式在干部病房的临床应用,以推动护理质量更快发展。方法:通过对个性化护理在临床实践中的分析,提出建立和完善个性化护理模式的具体措施。结果:个性化护理措施的落实,提高了护理质量。结论:个性化护理能更好的促进老年患者整体治疗效果。

Objective： explore the application of individualized nursing care in cadre’s hospital wards to promote the improvement of nursing. Methods： through the analysis of clinical practice, come up with the concrete meausres to establish and improve the individualized nursing patterns. Results： the implementation of individualized nursing care improve the quality of nursing. Conclusion： individualized nursing care can better improve the efficiency of the old patients.
