摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在内科学教学中的效果。方法:选取2007级医学影像技术专业两个教学班分别作为实验班和对照班,实验班采用PBL教学法,对照班采用传统教学法。教学后,通过分析两班学生的考试成绩和问卷调查结果,比较两种教学方法的效果差异。结果:实验班学生的考试成绩和问卷调查结果明显优于对照班。结论:PBL教学法在内科学教学中能取得较好的教学效果。
Objective:To study the effect of PBL practice in eaching of internal medicine. Methods: 2 class of medical imaging technique specialty of 2007 grade were randomly divided into twogroups: test group with PBL method and control group with traditional method. After learning, the tests were used to evaluate the result. Results: After learning, the scores of test group were higher than those of control group. Conclusion: PBL shows the advantages in teaching of internal medicine and enhances the teaching effect.
