摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在内科学教学中的效果。方法:选取2007级医学影像技术专业两个教学班分别作为实验班和对照班,实验班采用PBL教学法,对照班采用传统教学法。教学后,通过分析两班学生的考试成绩和问卷调查结果,比较两种教学方法的效果差异。结果:实验班学生的考试成绩和问卷调查结果明显优于对照班。结论:PBL教学法在内科学教学中能取得较好的教学效果。
Objective：To study the effect of PBL practice in eaching of internal medicine. Methods： 2 class of medical imaging technique specialty of 2007 grade were randomly divided into twogroups： test group with PBL method and control group with traditional method. After learning, the tests were used to evaluate the result. Results： After learning, the scores of test group were higher than those of control group. Conclusion： PBL shows the advantages in teaching of internal medicine and enhances the teaching effect.
