一次性皮肤吻合器在急诊创伤中的应用

Application of disposable skin staplers in emergency trauma

目的:促进伤口早期愈合,减轻患者的痛苦,使伤口美观大方。方法:将需要缝合的患者80例随机分为吻合器组和传统缝合组,观察两组的效果。结果:皮肤吻合器缝合伤口简化了操作流程,缩短了操作时间,减轻了病人痛苦,节约了护理人员人力。结论:皮肤吻合器缝合清创伤口较传统缝合组有明显的优势,值得推广和使用。

Objective： To alleviate the suffering of patients and promote early healing of the wound so that the wound would be nice. Methods： Eighty patients who need to suture were randomly divided into two groups, one was the traditional suture group, the other was the stapler group. Then the effects were observed. Results： Skin stapler suturing the wound can simplify the operation process, shorten the operation time and reduce the patient＇s suffering, saving nursing manpower. Conclusion： Compared with traditional skin stapler wound stapling suture group has obvious advantages, is worthy to be popularized and use.
