论干宝的史学建树与贡献

On Gan Bao's achievements and contributions in historiography

干宝是魏晋时期的著名学者,一生著述颇丰。他兼通经学、史学、文学,而在史学方面的建树和贡献犹为显著。由于其史学著作早已亡佚,而《搜神记》辑本被称为志怪小说的代表作,于是今人多称赞其文学造诣,但其《晋记》的史学价值、《搜神记》的史料价值及史论史观方面的建树不能忽视。

Gan Bao was a famous scholar in the Wei and Jin period and wrote a lot of academic works. He was a great master in Confucian classics, historiography and literature, and his achievements and contributions in historiography are very prominent. However, his historiographic works were lost long ago. His compiled book Of Stories of Seeking Gods was handed down and this book was called the masterpiece of novels about strange things. Thus, his literary talents was praised widely. However, the historical value of Jin Records and Stories of Seeking Gods should not be ignored.
