The Critics of the Theory Logic and Practice Logic of Teacher Professional Development

摘要 文章在分析教师专业发展所遵循的理论逻辑和实践逻辑路径及其缺陷基础上指出:变革时代教师专业发展的客观现实要求我们跳出对既有理论逻辑与实践逻辑的论争,回到教育理论与教师实践的原点考查,以确立并提升理论者的实践意识与实践者的理论意识去寻求教师专业发展有效推进的新理路。 Based on the analysis of the theory logic and practice logic and their defects which teacher professional develop- ment followed, this article pointed out in the era of social change, the objective reality of teacher professional development demanded us to go beyond the debate of theory logic and practice logic, and explore the origins of education theory and teacher practice in order to establish and facilitate the theoretical awareness of teachers and the practical awareness of theorists and therefore seek for a new approach to improve effectively the teacher professional development.
