皮瓣和肌皮瓣修复创伤性组织缺损的作用

Application of skin and myocutaneous flaps in repair of traumatic defects of tissue

目的结合作者的临床经验、参考文献资料，重点阐述皮瓣和肌皮瓣修复创伤性组织缺损的作用。方法采用带血管蒂或吻合血管的皮瓣、肌皮瓣移（位）植术修复创伤性组织缺损。带皮蒂、筋膜蒂皮瓣移位术只用于邻近较小面积的创面修复。结果带血管蒂的或吻合血管的皮瓣、肌皮瓣移（移位）植术成功率均较高，约为９６％左右。结论带血管蒂和吻合血管的皮瓣、肌皮瓣移（位）植术，不但可以一期覆盖创面，还可以治疗感染性创面、慢性化脓性骨髓炎，修复肌肉或肌腱缺损，骨、关节损伤的修复。
