摘要
目的:观察失神经支配皮肤植人神经与否对环层小体溃变和再生过程的影响,以深入探讨感觉神经植入术的机制.方法:猴手指皮肤造成失神经支配并立即植入神经,观察到期取指腹标本,胆碱酯酶标记银套染,光镜为主观察环层小体溃变和再生过程、程度、小体再生率及再生途径.结果:未植入神经的皮肤环层小体溃变快,不能再生环层小体;植入的神经能延缓环层小体非神经成分演变过程,并可再生环层小体.结论:植入猴手指失神经支配的皮肤内的神经能再生环层小体,再生途径为溃变小体获得神经再支配,术后12mo小体再生率为60%,尚未完成再生过程.
AIM:To inquire further into the mechanism of sensory nerve implantation by observing the degenerating and regenerating processes of pacinian corpuscles after nerve implanting into the monkey finger's denervated skin. METHODS: Nerve was implanted into the denervated skin ofmonkey's fingers. Selected sample of finger palm marked byAchE and silve staining method to observe the corpuscle's degenerated and regenerated processes, the mature degree, theregenerating rate and the way. RESULTS: In non-implantingnerve group, the degenerated process was faster than that inthe implanting group and could not regenerate pacinian corpuscles. In implanting nerve group, the implanting nervemight delay the degenerating process of the non-nerve components of the pacinian corpuscles and reinnervate them. CONCLUSION:The nerve which was implanted into the denervated skin could regenerate pacinian corpuscles. Its regeneratingway was that the degenerated pacinian corpuscles were reinnervated by the implanting nerve. The regenerating rate was60 percent after 12 months, but the regenerating process hadnot been completed yet.
