黄丝郁金不同用种对产量和质量影响的研究

Study on Effects of Seed Rate for the Output and Quality of Radix Curcume Longae

目的研究黄丝郁金不同用种对产量和质量的影响,以确定黄丝郁金最佳播种种姜。方法设定母姜、子姜、母姜纵切、子姜切断4个不同种姜,适时采收,测产,测试吉马酮、莪术二酮和总姜黄素含量。结果子姜是黄丝郁金播种的最佳用种方式。结论黄丝郁金应采用子姜播种。

Objective To study effect of seed rate for the output and quality of Curcuma longa L.Methods Establishing four kinds of ginger species,such as the mature giner,the tender ginger,the slitting of mature ginger,the cutting-off of tender ginger,which are used to test the yield and the total contents of Germacrone,Curdione and the total Curcumin flavine when the bese time to be collected.Results The result showed that the tender ginger is best kind to be sowed.Conclusion The best way to sow Radix Curcume longae should use the tender ginger.
