Comparison Morphological Change of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae in A Bud Picked Test

目的探索提高牛膝商品产量的种植管理新方法。方法摘芽后定期进行随机取样,并与对照组进行观察测量比较,追踪牛膝根外部形态的变化。结果摘芽后根的增长速度明显快于不摘芽组,摘芽组根比不摘芽组根长而粗大。结论牛膝种植过程中,采取摘芽措施可提高产品产量。

Objective To search a new planting method for improving the production of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae.Methods Observing and comparing the morphological change of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae between bud picked groups and control groups in a random and at regular intervals time test.Results The increment speed of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae in bud picked groups is obviously faster than in the control groups that bud was not picked.Roots of bud picked groups are larger and longer than the control groups that bud was not picked.Conclusion Take the bud picked measure could improve production in planting of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae.
