摘要
目的探讨太子参药材的特异气味成分。方法用HSGC-MS法分析太子参中挥发性成分。结果太子参特异气味主要产生于太子参中低沸程和中沸程的挥发性成分。结论为太子参药材的贮藏养护、质量控制提供资料。
Objective To research characteristic odor components of Radix Pseudostellariae.Methods The essential components were separated and identifi ed by HSGC-MS.Results The characteristic odor components of Radix Pseudostellariae produces in mainly ones essential components in low and medium boiling range.Conclusion The result provides the valuable materials for storage and quality control of Radix Pseudostellariae.
