大鼠延髓吻部腹侧区一些神经递质的分布——免疫组织化学研究

THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOME NEUROTRANSMITTERS IN THE VENTRAL REGION OF THE ROSTRAL MEDULLA OF THE RAT——AN IMMUNOCYTOCHEMICAL STUDY

用PAP法观察了大鼠延髓吻部腹侧区一些神经递质的分布。结果表明:5-羟色胺(5-HT)样、p物质(SP)样、胆囊收缩素(CCK)样免疫反应阳性细胞见于延髓中缝核群、巨细胞网状核腹侧份和外侧巨细胞旁网状核。还发现此区有神经降压肽(NT)样免疫反应阳性胞体、纤维和终末的分布,阳性细胞出现于外侧巨细胞旁网状核及其靠近软脑膜的部位,为多角形和梭形的小细胞,有二至数个突起。各种免疫反应细胞在此区的分布蜜度为5-HT>SP>CCK>NT。本文还对多种神经递质分布于此区的机能意义进行了讨论。

The distribution of some neurotransmitters in the ventral region of the rostral medulla was investigated with the immunocytochemical PAP method. The results are as follows: 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), substance P (SP), cholecystokinin-8 (CCK-8) immunoreactive(IR) cells were seen in the raphe nuclei of medulla, the ventral part of nucleus reticularis gigantocellularis, and nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis (PGCL). The distribution of neurotensin (NT) IR cells, fibers, and terminals in the ventral region of the rostral medulla in rat was not seen reported before. The NT-IR cells were located in PGCL and the area near the pin. They were small polygonal or fusiform cells, with 2 or more processes. The distributive density of IR cells was. 5-HT-IR cells>SP-IR cells>CCK-8-IR cells>NT-IR cells. The functional significance of these neurotransmitters was discussed.
