摘要 目的探讨模拟情景法在妇产科健康教育教学中的应用效果。方法从洛阳市卫生学校2007级护理专业中随机抽取1个班为试验组(n=60),1个班为对照组(n=60)。试验组在妇产科健康教育教学中采用模拟情景法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组理论考试成绩,由标准化病人(SP)对两组表现进行评价,并对试验组进行问卷调查。结果试验组理论考试成绩明显高于对照组(P〈0.001),SP对试验组学生综合表现的满意度明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),试验组高度认可和肯定模拟情景教学法。结论模拟情景法运用于妇产科健康教育教学中能激发学生的学习兴趣,培养其实际工作能力,是一种有效的教学方法。 Objective To explore the effect of simulated situational method on the teaching of health education of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Methods Two classes were selected randomly from nursing specialty of grade 2007 in Lnoyang Health School. One class was considered as experimental group,and another was considered as control group. The experimental group received simulated situational method in the teaching of health education of Obstetrics and Gynecology,and the control group received traditional teaching method. The scores of the two groups were analyzed. Standardized patients evaluated the behaviors of the two groups respectively, A questionnaire survey was conducted in the experimental group. Results The experimental group had higher scores of the theoretical test than the control group(P〈0.001). The standardized patients were more satisfied with the experimental group than the control group(P〈0.01). The experimental group recognized highly the simulated situational teaching method. Conclusion The simulated situational teaching method can arouse the students' interests and train their working abilities,and it is an effective teaching method,
