摘要
目的 :研究大鼠三叉神经尾侧亚核内甘氨酸受体和甘氨酸阳性神经元的分布及其匹配关系。方法 :免疫细胞化学染色技术。结果 :甘氨酸受体免疫组化染色阳性胞体和纤维分布于三叉神经尾侧亚核各层 ,尤以浅层密集。甘氨酸阳性胞体在每层均有广泛分布 ,甘氨酸阳性纤维及终末密集分布于三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核的浅层 ,深层的阳性纤维及终末呈散在性分布。结论 :上述结果表明在三叉神经尾侧亚核浅层甘氨酸阳性纤维和终末的分布与甘氨酸受体阳性胞体和纤维的分布是相互匹配的。
The distribution and matching relationship of glycine receptor(GlyR) and glycine(Gly) were studied in the caudal subnucleus of the spinal trigeminal nucleus(Vc) in rat by immunocytochemical staining method. The results showed that GlyR immnoreactively positive (GlyR IP) neuronal perikarya and fibers were densely located in each lamina, especially in the superficial laminae II of the Vc, that Gly IP perikarya were observed in all laminae of the Vc, and that Gly IP fibers and terminals were mainly found in the superficial laminae of the Vc, while in the deeper laminae of the Vc, Gly IP fibers and terminals were sparsely encountered. These results indicated that the distribution of Gly IP fibers and terminals in the Vc matched quite well with Gly R IP perikarya and fibers. The significance of Gly and its receptor in the regulation and control over the nociceptive information processing was also discussed.
