第三脑室接触脑脊液神经元的扫描、透射和免疫电镜研究 被引量:11

摘要 本文应用扫描、透射和免疫电镜方法较全面地观察、比较和验证了大鼠第三脑室内的接触脑脊液神经元。实验结果表明:在第三脑室内存在接触脑脊液的神经元胞体、树突和轴突。神经元胞体为多角形、锥体形或梭形,具有神经细胞的结构特征,并首次在透射电镜下发现大鼠第三脑室内存在双极神经元。树突穿过室管膜细胞之间伸入第三脑室,末端呈蕈状或杵状膨大。轴突穿行于脑室内,含有突触囊泡。本文首次在超微结构水平证实第三脑室内接触脑脊液的树突和轴突末梢呈胆囊收缩素免疫反应阳性。上述实验结果为解释脑—脑脊液神经体液回路提供了超微结构基础。 Scanning, transmission and immuno-electron microscopic methods have been combined to overall observe, compare and identify the CSF-contacting neurons in the ral third cerebral ventricle. The results showed that the soma, dendrites and axon of the CSF-contacting neurons existed in the third ventricle. The neuronal soma were polygonal, pyramidal or fusiform, possessing morphological characteristics of neuron. The authors found bipolar neuron in the rat third ventricle under transmission electron microscope for the first time. The dendrites penetrated the ependymal cells and reached the cavity of the third ventricle with fungus-like or pestle-like expandings. The axons passed through the cavity of the ventricle and contained synaptic vesicles. In addition, the present paper reported for the first time CCK-like immunoreactivities appeared in the CSF-contacting dendrites and axons of the third ventricle. The above mentioned results provided ultrastructural basis for the theory of the brain-cerebrospinal fluid neurohumoral circuit.
