上皮组织增生时肥大细胞变化的电镜下观察

ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY ON MAST CELL DURING EPITHELIAL TISSUE PROLIFERATION

目的 :观察上皮组织增生时肥大细胞超微结构的变化 ,为了解上皮组织增生与肥大细胞的关系提供形态学依据。方法 :C- 1号小鼠 2 0只 ,用食醋涂抹右耳皮肤 ,每日一次 ,以左耳作对照。在实验后 140天处死小鼠 ,取耳廓组织 ,常规电镜制片透射电镜观察。结果 :在醋致皮肤上皮组织增生时 ,真皮结缔组织肥大细胞呈显著的脱颗粒现象 ,结缔组织肥大细胞并可迁移至上皮组织中 ,真皮肥大细胞与血管内皮细胞 ,神经纤维等密切接触。结论 :肥大细胞可能参与上皮组织的增殖 ,肥大细胞与上皮细胞间有相互促进作用 ,并且肥大细胞与血管内皮细胞 。

Objective: To observe the ultrastructural changes of mast cells(MC) during epithelial tissue proliferation and to offer a morphological basis for understanding the relationship between MC and epithelial tissue proliferation. Methods: The right pinna skin of 20 adult C 1 mice was smeared by vinegar once a day. The left pinna skin was used as control. The mice were killed on 140th day after the experiment. Samples of the pinna were prepared for electron microscopy. Results: The connective tissue MC of the right pinna were significantly degraulated along with the epithelial proliferation. The connective tissue MC might migrate into the epithelium. The connective tissue MC got in close contact with the endothelial cells and nerve fibers in the corium. Conclusion: MC may participate in epithelial tissue prlliferation. There is an interaction between MC and epithelial tissues. The MC, endothelial cells of capillaries and nerve fibers participate in adjusting the local tissue microenvironment commonly.
