摘要 采用2×5因子试验设计研究了铅染毒和新城疫(ND)疫苗免疫对蛋用黄羽鹌鹑血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、生长激素(GH)和皮质醇含量的影响。结果表明,试验35 d后,ND疫苗免疫可提高三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)的浓度(P<0.01);但铅染毒对血清T3的含量影响不显著(P>0.05)。ND疫苗免疫和铅染毒对鹌鹑血清T4、GH和皮质醇的含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。 A factorial experiment was designed to study the effect of lead poisoning and newcastle dis: ease(ND) vaccine on the concentrations of tryroxine(T4) , triiodothyronine (T3), growth hormone(GH) and cortisol in the serum of egg-laying yellow quails. The result indicated that the concentrations of serum T3 in the immune groups were markedly higher than that of unimmunized groups(P〈0.01) whereas there was no difference between lead exposure groups and the controls(P〉0.05) at 35 days in the experiment. The immunization with ND vaccine and lead exposure had no obvious effect on the contents of T4, GH and cortisol in the serum (P〉0.05).
