摘要
本试验研究的目的是利用RT-PCR技术扩增出新城疫病毒(NDV)、低致病性禽流感病毒(AIV H9)、传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)、减蛋综合征(EDS)、传染性喉气管炎病毒(ILT)、鸡毒支原体(MG)各一段保守序列,以纤维素酯膜作为生物芯片制作的基质,通过微量点样技术制作基因芯片(gene chip)。从可疑病料中提取组织核酸,通过掺入法bio-11-dUTP标记,对杂交信号的强弱检测来实现对生物样品的高效分析诊断。
With polymerase chain reaction or reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction the fragments of newcastle disease virus(NDV),avian influenza virus(AIV Hg),infectious bronchitis virus(IBV), egg drop syndrome(EDS), infectious laryngotracheitis virus(ILTV),Mycoplasma gallisepticum(MG) were amplified with bio-11-dUTP labelibg and spotted onto colloxylin to form microarrays. The gene chips were subjected to specific hybridization and the hybridization results were scanned and analyzed with a scanner. The results showed that the gene chip could rapidly identify and rapidly distinguish the above-mentioned infectious diseases.
