生产者服务业两种界定及计量方法比较分析

A Contrastive Analysis of Two Kinds of Defining and Metering Methods in Producer Services Industry

通过对生产者服务业内涵定义和外延定义的分析,指出目前研究中广泛存在生产者服务业行业划分的随意性、生产指向的不完备性和概念使用的模糊性,进而提出了一个具有现实针对性的生产者服务业定义;通过对生产者服务业基于行业划分和投入产出表的计量方法的实证比较,证实行业分类计量方法存在重大缺陷,而投入产出计量方法不仅在量的测度上较为准确,而且,能够更加准确地反映出生产者服务业质的规定性.

Through a contrastive analysis of the connotation and denotation of producer services industry,existing problems in current research,such as the arbitrary defining of industry division,deficient production orientation,and obscure definition using,etc,are pinpointed;then by an empirical comparison of department classification and input-output table-based metering methods in producer services industry,it has been proved that there are major defects in the department classification metering methods;instead,the input-output metering methods not only enjoy preciseness in quantitative measurement,but also reflect the prescriptive nature of producer services industry to a great extent in qualitative judgment.
