摘要
以主题酒店为切入点,从实践层面上初探在中国经济发展水平下主题酒店的经营方向,使酒店业的竞争趋向于一种更高质量的竞争和个性化的服务形式,即文化竞争.并介绍中美主题酒店的发展进程,总结和比较拉斯维加斯和中国主题酒店的经营特点.并提出中国主题酒店的发展战略模式,即经济型主题酒店、转型三星级主题酒店和高档主题酒店.
The paper explores the management model of theme hotels at level of economic development of theme hotel in China,and makes the competitions of hotels tend to be a kind of more advanced competition and individuation service which results in the culture competition.The paper also introduces the development progress of the theme hotel in China and Las Vegas,sum up the characteristics of theme hotels and makes the camparion,and find countermeasures of theme hotel in furture,this trategy includes three aspects of economic theme hotel,three-star theme hotel and high-star theme hotel.
