The paper analyses the form,content,features and the existing problems of the senior middle school’s geography teacher’s job training which based the technology platform.That is novel in form,rich and realistic in content.This network technology platform training has some Superiority characteristics,such as wide range,same standard of training level,massive information,equal learning opportunities,high learning efficiency,no limit in time and place,and so on.And the features of geography course in the senior middle school’s job training are： comprehensive and systematic curriculum,emphasising on case teaching,professional forum topics.This paper also points out the problems of the tight time in distance training,and the better role that the tutors should play in the training,and some technical problems on technology platform
