Professional Development of Art Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools under the New Curriculum

我国新一轮课程改革对教师的专业化发展提出了更高的要求。“如何促进教师的专业化发展”已成为人们关注的焦点。美术课程改革的成败取决于中小学美术教师的专业化发展。文章从教师专业化发展的内涵出发，针对中小学美术教师专业化发展的现状和问题，提出了促进中小学美术教师教师专业化发展的有效途径。

The new reform of curriculum asks higher qualifications for teachers＂ professional development. How to promote teaehers＇professional development has become an attention focus. The success of the reform in art curriculum is dependent on the professional development of art teachers in primary and middle schools. In regard to the current situation and problems of profes- sional development of art teachers in primary and middle schools, this paper presents an effective approach of teachers＇professional development.
